TODAYS TIPS

The tips I offer are tips regarding mental strength and some health tips that will supply your body with an added amount of energy and better health. Tips must be put into action before they can help. You can put lotion on your skin but it must be rubbed in before it will help your skin become hydrated. Just simply putting the lotion on your skin without rubbing it in will not help you at all. Putting the lotion on once will help a little but when you continually apply the lotion to your dry skin your skin will soon no longer need you to repeat the action of applying the lotion because it is hydrated enough on its own. The same holds true to mental thoughts and actions. Once applied will help for that moment. Twice applied will help a little more but continually applied your subconscious mind will take on the new thought habit and make it automatic so you will no longer have to remember what to do. The reason why we forget things is because we have not made it a habit of thought. This is the reason why things do not work for us is because we stop the thinking which stops the action and we fall back into our old habit of thinking and actions, our old ways. 

 

 

Worry

 

When you find yourself worrying. Sit down and chime into your thinking.

What are you thinking about?

Write down your thoughts and write down what you fear will happen.

Write down why is it that you fear this thing happening and where did you get this idea from.

Is this the same thing you worry about all the time?

Is this a habit that you have made?

Are you ready to eliminate your habits of thinking to eliminate your worry?

If your answer is “yes” then is now the time to change?
