Worry

What is worry?

It is fear.

The question is, what are you fearful of?

Is it the unknown?

If you fear the unknown then what is going on in your mind that is causing you to fear what you cannot see?

If you are unable to see anything then you could not fear what you don’t see.

So, you must be seeing something to fear if you are worried.

What is it that you are imagining then?

It is what you see in your imagination that causes you to fear.

If your imagination was positive you would not be afraid of the good things you imagine. You would only be happy. Because you cannot fear the good. The good brings you no harm.

So where is it that you are getting your fear from?

What are you watching or who are you listening to that is giving you the negative ideas that cause you to think of the worst that you fear?

Perhaps that which you put your faith in is the bad things of life. If you did not have faith in those bad things happening, you would not fear.

Fear comes about because of belief.

What makes you believe in the bad rather than the good?

What power do you think the bad has?

You must think it has power because your fear it.

If you had faith in the good, or should I say. If you had faith in yourself in thinking positive you would not fear.

The question you need to ask yourself is:

“Why do I believe that bad things will come to me?”
